Thrombin-JMI® Vials: for direct application or use in conjunction with certain passive hemostats2,b


Thrombin-JMI® Vials come in a dry powder (lyophilized) or can be reconstituted for direct application.2 They can be used with certain passive hemostats, such as Gelfoam® (Absorbable Gelatin Sponge, USP), Surgifoam® (Absorbable Gelatin Sponge, USP), and Surgiflo™ (Made from Absorbable Gelatin Sponge, USP).2,9,12,13

Thrombi-Gel® (thrombin/gelatin foam hemostat): 2-in-1 composite of thrombin and gelatin foam


Use Thrombi-Gel® as a trauma dressing for temporary control of moderate to severely bleeding wounds and for the control of surface bleeding from vascular access sites and percutaneous catheters and tubes. Thrombi-Gel® combines the benefits of active and passive hemostasis and consists of thrombin freeze-dried into a gelatin foam.
